Amita: Wow! That is some information. But there are so many online platforms, how do I choose the best?
Pick My Story: There’s nothing to worry! All you need to understand is, who are your target customers and whom do you want to connect through the different social media platforms.
Amita: Okay. So if I want to connect to my potential customers?

Amita: And if I want to connect to other businesses and business people?

Amita: Tell me something more about it!
Pick My Story: LinkedIn is the largest social media platform for business professionals. Minimum two new members join LinkedIn every second and there are around 433 million registered LinkedIn users.
Amita: Whoa! That’s huge! How do I market my business on LinkedIn then?
Pick My Story: It’s simple. There are only 3 basic steps that you need to follow!
The first one is to update your LinkedIn profile. Make every small achievement of yours a part of your it. This way people will come to know more about your business and thus you will be creating a market for your products and service.
Amita: That sounds simple! What is the next step that I should take?
Pick My Story: The next step to take is, keep checking who last viewed your profile. This will help you in two ways.
You can expand your connections and know more people who are in the same business as yours.
When you connect with more people it automatically makes our business reach out to a wide audience and that itself serves the purpose of marketing.
And the third step is to take advantage of the community groups on LinkedIn. Answer people’s queries, put up questions and observe what people are talking about. And even better, make your own group and see what response you get. This helps in building a brand image and ultimately serves as a great marketing opportunity.
